I have been keeping several different kinds of millipedes in the same tank for the last few years. (Sorry I don't know the scientific names of any). They include the following:

Texas Brown-about 4" max and not really stocky.
Giant African Brown
Pink leg arboreal-Long & thin, very dark shiny brown with pale pink legs.
Pied-stocky, tan with darker banding.
Pumpkin-fairly common, pumpkin color.
Fire-very short and stocky, bright yellow, red, black striping.
And last but not least - Locals from SE Wisconsin.

Within the last 6-12 months most have died off and all I have left is some africans, maybe some locals and somebodys babies.

I have had so many over time and have never seen babies, that I can't tell who they belong to. They are about a year old and about 2 1/2 inches long. They are thin, not stocky. Medium brown with very pale legs. I have never seen locals this big but I have also never kept locals in captivity till recently.

Can anyone tell me where I might send a few to be identified?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Trish
