Anyone ever used steroids?

Just wondering if anyone has ever used steroids on anoles or mice they feed their pedes.

Would it work? Would it make the pede larger? I know it might sound stupid, but I'm just curious if it would work or not.

I haven't but I think there is a low probability of that working, merely due to the differences between the physiology of centipedes and whatever the steriod was made for (unless there is a cent. specific one)
