Mites Problem!

Ok, my tank has mites. What do I do? I've read a few times that putting some pillbugs in witht the millipede would help. Is this something you guys would recommend? The mites aren't out of control yet, but they are quite unsightly. Can anyone tell me more? Maybe have some other ideas? Thanks.
