I have a Giant African Yellow Legged Centipede which is covered with what looks like scaling or mites. Hundreds of tiny tan colored bumps clustered between the segments and edges. They do not move and look like some patterened scaling (like eggs). Does anyone know what this is?...and is there some treatment?
