What's wrong with my pede?

My millipede has been acting strange lately. He is very weak, and cannot move around for long periods of time. Between his segments on his body, he has some red and some white rings. I am wondering if my millipede is just molting, if he has split body disease, or what. Can someone tell me what is wrong with my millipede?
