I work at a pet store where we sell giant african millipedes. Today when I was cleaning their cage, one of them had 2 plump looking white/cream colored lumps that it seemed to be holding underneath its anterior body segments. It was quite protective of these. Do millipedes brood their babies on their bodies like scorpions and crayfish? If so then are these possibly babies. I have seen them mating in the cage about a month or so ago.
