Breeding millipedes

I was just wondering about this subject.
I have in a 10 gallon 3 hissing cockroaches and a 10 inche Giant african black millipede and I will be getting a mate for her this saturday is there anything I should know about getting these critters to mate or breeding issues?

You know the do nots and the do's? Is there anything I need to do when picking out the mate, like should I look for a male thats bigger then my female or a smaller one.

Um... I was also wondering if you have to incubate the eggs? Or do they just hatch at room temperature?
