desert millipede vivarium

what substrate would be good for a desert millipede vivarium? what should the tempeture/humidity be? what plants could be added? what plants are harmful to millipedes? can a vivarium fit in a ten gal? i have four desert millipedes can i add any more millipedes/a diffrent animal to that ten gal? how might i go about breeding them? do they hibernate?
