Lost Centipede

G'day all, how's it going?
I'm new here and live in Australia. Recently got a Scolopendra sp. as a pet (there is only a few native species here that I'm aware of)..

Anyway, he's about 17cm long and quick and mean (typical pede I guess).. I had him in a fish tank, but forgot to cover the hole you use to lift the lid one night and woke up to find him gone. Have searched for 2 days but cannot find him and it's driving me crazy.

Can anyone recommend a method of trapping him, or finding him? I really was looking forward to watching it..
