I have recently purchased a female giant african millipede.
My wife was holding it in her hand outside on the front porch, where it crawled under her hand and fell about 3-4 feet to the concrete porch.

There is a 1/2 gash near the front that is oozing clear to red liquid. The pede is otherwise still activly crawling around.

Is there anything I should be aware of or is there anything I can do to help the pede at this point?
