Baby Sulcatas wont stop pissing!

My two baby sulcatas, always seem to pee whenever I pick them up, is this some king of denfense mechanism or are they just being mean? I dont want this to happen in the future whenever I need to take them somewhere. Please I need some advice. Thanks! Vanessa

My russian tort used to do that all the time, they know you will put them down if they pee. As long as you don't put them down right away after they do this they will learn that it isn't an effective way for them to get you to put them down. It's messy at first but they'll catch on.
