Hey all I have obviously just joined & am hoping for advice. My child is normaly terrified of all insects & spiders & when she found a grasshopper and was interested I jumped right in. We caught 2 grasshoppers (I think they are common prairie g-hoppers) that are gray green with black spots. I set up an old 2 gallon fish tank with sand, rocks, grass & a few weeds (living) & enough water to just come halfway up the rocks but not deep enough to drown them. I covered it with some old nylons I cut up so they can breath but not get out. Is there anything else I can do for them? thanks a lot. Fan
