Baby Katydid I NEED HELP!!!

My friends mom found a baby katydid and she accidentally cut it on the back(I'm not sure how). He has alot of dirt stuck to the cut and can bearly walk. I want to know what to feed him and how to take care of him properly.(I do plan on releasing him if he gets better.)
