Steatoda triangulosa?

i think someone had seen a spider similar to this one, am i correct in my identification?

hey is their venom potent? i have those in my basement and also where i work. i sort of like them they keep me company when i'm doint things either place... and there are tons of little baby ones that always seem to repell onto my arm when i am sitting in my basement.

Nah, they're nothing to be too concerned with. Steatoda can cause some mild symptoms, but nothing serious. Their temper is pretty non-aggressive and timid. Check out this page:
