Feeding Widow Hatchlings?

I have been housing a BW for the past three months in a 2 1/2 gallon enclosure. I removed an egg sack and I now have countless numbers of baby widows. I just have them in a fruit jar with a coffee filter on top held on by the ring for ventilation. They now have a web and are very active. I dont know what to feed them without casing any stress or damage to them. Please advise.

You could feed them gnats, pinhead (hatchling) crickets or flightless fruitflies. Fruitflies can be raised by purchasing a fly hatching kit. Fly kits are available at:
