OK I know this is a really bad picture, I took 9 of them and this is the best I could get, but this is the 3rd spider of this kind we've found in the past month and we also found one last august. We live in Indiana and we know they have been spotted nearby. Can anyone tell if this is a brown recluse or not?

maybe you can help me out here too. i had this spider crawl through my basement window last night... is this a brown recluse? if you can't tell, i may have some better photos (and some of it's belly)

it does have a violin-esc marking on it's back, which is most of my evidence here. any help would be much appreciated.
