I have had terrible loss this season among my io's. as of yesterday I had only about 14 from an original 50 or 60 (I don't even recall). Others folks (locally) have had a lot of loss as well. My promethea suffered, too. I am guessing bacterial or viral, although at least one was "sucked" dry from an assassin bug right thru the remay sleeve! UGH!! There are pros and cons for both indoor and outdoor rearing. We hav had a very cool and humid summer (especially as of late - very high humidity). I was finding 2-3 dead daily

Anyway, none have spun up yet, but I will keep you posted.

Thank you, Lele. I haven't forgotten about you, but I also have been busy with kid starting school and a new job during same week. Just keep up the good work and know we can at least get some surviving pupae.
