I've always wondered what this would have turned into (I found it about 6 years ago and it went to cacoon, but never developed).

It was in Illinois.
It was White w/ Black spikes of hair.
I found it in my backyard during the summer.

That's all I know about it, so any information would be so greatly appreciated! Thanks!

did you just think of this after 6 years or did you find another?

Hey LeLe,

Thanks! It turns out it was a Spotted Apatelodes. I haven't found another one - it just occured to me. I hang out in the aquadic frog section and I was reading through this one and thought "hey, I wonder what that thing was?!"

:-D

Thanks again!

that was one that crossed my mind, but they tend to be more yellow and have more tufts, than hair - but hey - after 6 years you gave a good description! I spend most of my time on the Chameleon forum but have an adopted African Clawed Frog so wander to the frog forums ocassionally
