Anisomorpha burprestoids

ok, i might have spelled that wrong, i wrote it on a peice of paper and i cant read it, but oh wel..

I just found found these guys oh a bush last night,a mating pair, and im not sure at all what to expect/do. From what i've read, i need to be as careful as all get out since they can spray my eyes with some happy fun blinding juice, and they might eat rose leaves. thats all i've got.

so far they have not eaten any rose leaves. shes barely moved from sitting with her near the top of the cage i put them in. Its a tiny crittere keeper, they are moving into a bigger once as soon as i get the critter in THAT one a bigger cage.

so what should i be feeding these guys? I'd perfer it to be something i might find right in my yard, since theres not very many greenhouses here. I've read they eat brambles, and im wondering if raspberries are also brambles, since i have a few sprigs of those growing in my garden. I've never had stick bugs at all before, so im really in the dark here. I figure at least if i get too lost i can always shoo them back out the door!
they are at room temp atm, in an unairconditioned room, fairly high humidity. will the rose leaves actually be eaten by them? how long should i wait for them to eat before i really need to just let them go? how much risk am i at for a spraying with just feeding and moving them? I beleive they already tried to spray me when i caught them, i thought it peed on my leg.

ok without a proper name or picture its always gonna be hard to help you. raspberries aren't brambles but some stick insects will eat them. i've only fed mine bramble because i think this is true but all stick insects will eat bramble (don't hold me to it though). bramble is blackberry plants and can be found everywhere usually, i've seen it in alleyways, under trees, by train tracks (note that i'm not recommending you walk down train tracks) but you get the picture its a wide spread plant in my experience.

Could you provide a picture or find out their proper name?

sorry if i've replied too late.
