Sexing mantids

Hello,
I'm having trouble sexing my new L2 Orchid Mantids. I remember Evan had a technique that was useful, it had something about indents on the tip of the abdoment or something like that. Does anyone recall how to sex orchids?

Hey,
When theres a v shaped abdomen on their tip, that means its a girl and when its normal, sraight then its a boy.
