O.K. I know this question is a little sensitive but- I really am serious here. I know orchid mantis's are rare but does anyone know where to at least look? I mean they must be out there.
I WILL FIND THEM!

If you are in the US you will not find anyone selling orchid mantids at this time. There are one or so people that may have some, but just enough for them to attempt to breed(maybe). There are tons of other very neat and interesting mantids that are available such as P. paradoxa, P. arizonae, G. gongyloides(sp?), Otomantis, B. mendica(soon),T. afzelli, etc., etc., etc!!!
Hello,
Yeah- i have Hymenopus Coronatus, soon i'll be breeding them, lets hope everything goes well
Thanks

Oh yea, Just to let you all know, u'll have to type "mantis" in the search to find it. All they have for sale right now are orchids but once in a while they have some other ones.

you can find them at www.amazonreptilecenter.com or at www.animals.com,otherwise i have no clue.
amazonreptilecenter.com has mis-identified their mantis. That is a #9 mantis(either P. Wahlbergii or P. Ocellata). Definately not an orchid mantis.
Thanks,
Andrew
