Tenodera aridifolia sinensis care

I need LOTS of info about tenodera. I am completely clueless as to what to do when I get my ootheca in the mail. I have lots of questions about them. for example:

1. Are Chinese mantids immune to poison from wasp stings?
2. How often should I mist them?
3. When they reach L3, what should I feed them?
4. How much are they worth from egg case to adult?
5. Should I incubate them with a lamp of some sort when in the egg?
6. how do you mate them?

Also, I want your opinion. I dont want a caresheet from a website.
