I think my Indian stick insect is finally mature. What do the eggs look like?
they are round compared to the longer frass (poop). Very easy to tell the difference between the frass and an egg. If your girls are dropping something that looks different than the typical droppings then you probably have eggs. Post a pic?
A pic would be great if not inconvenient. What I'm seeing is thicker than most of the frass, but I'm not sure I'd call it round. Maybe she's not quite mature yet. She recently developed the red coloring on her front legs. Thanks for the advice and tips in your two posts.
Sure, here is a pic of frass (left) eggs (right). You can see the operculum which is the little "door" it comes out of when hatching. I also including some pics of my adults girls which are about 3 inches long. I got them as adults so don;t have any pics of them in earlier instars. Hope this helps you out.
