Does anyone breed cave roaches?

I have sifted about a dozen of them out of that monstrous mess, they are large nymphs (about 50 cent peice size...maybe a little bigger)and good GAWD can they move F-A-S-T!

For now I am treating them the same as the hissers...is this OK? What is their behavior like...are they aggressive, etc. or will they get along with other roaches?
