Sorting roaches

Does anyone have an easy way to sort out small nymphs from a Lobster Roach colony?

I need a quick easy way to get the nymphs for feeding to Whites Tree Frogs and baby Bearded Dragons.

Ok have 2 cages. I would take the pregnant females and put them all in one big cage, so all the young nymphs will be born in that cage. The second cage will house older nymphs, non-pregnant females, and adult males.
