I was checking on my fruit fly prob and saw three or four of my femails with these sticking out of them. Is this what I think it is, and does this one look abnormal to anyone?

Those pics were taken two days ago. I waited a few days to not disturb them. I heard that if disturbed they will abort their egg sacks. I looked in on them again today and the one which looked abnormal to me is now on the bottom of the enclosure. I think there was something wrong with it. I don't really know though. But the roach is okay.
The first picture is an egg sack. The second picture, the white things are the baby roaches hatching.
