Hi
have tried looking this up to see if this Gel(used for hanging baskets )is safe to use with my roaches (that will be fed to my chameleon)
But could not get any info
I thought i read somewhere that the Plant Moisture Gel can be safely used
but needed to double check with you guys as you would know from experience

Many thanks

I've never used any of the polyacrylamide gels for any of my insect & roach colonies due to it not being a natural product. I'm not sure if any research has been done on the long-term effects of feeding this product to feeder insects & then to the reptiles/amphibians that prey upon them. I'd be concerned about using it long-term as to how it affects internal organs; esp. the kidneys of reptiles/amphibians.

To supply moisture to feeder insects, I use vegs, fruits & periodically spray the bin/tank walls with low-mineral drinking water.
