Dubia enclosure questions...

First off I have a 60 quart dark blue container for their enclosure lined with roach flats (similar to egg crate). I have cut a 8x8 vent in the lid that is meshed. Is this enough ventilation? Also what would be a good heat source, a UTH? Would it melt the plastic? Thanks in advance.
