Dobson fly

Hello all,
I caught what turned out to be a Dobson fly (Corydalus cornutus). Is this an insect that can be kept? Im new to the world of insects, so I find this animal very interesting. If it is not keepable then I can return it to the stream I found it. Any input will be appriciated. Also, is this the best place to post for them, it is a fly right?
