Spike worms (Blue bottle fly larvae)

I bought some of these today at a fishing tackle shop. I was thinking about useing them to feed my leopard gecko but before i do i was woundering if anyone knows nutrients info on these guys. here some pics of them. any info would be great.. thanx

Yecch!

From what I gleaned from the internet:

Housefly larva: 18% protein

Bluebottle fly larva: 20-22% protein

Soldierfly larva: 42% protein aka "Phoenix Worms"

The rest of the breakdown would be fats & carbohydrates.
