Many years ago, when we let the cats go outside with us, a kitten sat and watched as dh went up and down a ladder trimming a tree. Dh went in the house to get a drink and we heard a loud screeching..ran back outside to find tiny little kitten hanging on to a ladder rung for dear life an screaching his little head off...

Poor kitty! I guess the silliest thing was my cat Daisy who would chase her tail. That would get me into hysterics.
I wish I could remember some of the dumb things CV has done, but my mind is a blank.

easy...sassy!
i had her in my kitchen (linoleum floors) when i got her as a kitten. at night i'd pen her in there until she got used to the place. i had had her only about 3-4 days when i put her in the kitchen for the night. i was getting ready for bed and she just kept meowing and mewling. finally i went back around to get her to calm down and go to sleep. well i busted out laughing when i found her. she had managed to climb up the side of the garbage container and was sitting in the middle of the garbage can just looking at me with those big eyes she has and looking so forlorn. well i took the fences down and let her go. first thing she did was follow me to bed and climbed right up in there with me. that was that.

Quentin once got so excited at mealtime that he raced into the kitchen, lost control and ran into the side of the stove. He might have had a slight headache but otherwise seemed OK.
Quentin also occasionally has chased his tail and nipped at it, then wondered why it hurt. He does some strange things.
The only time I see Star act silly is when she gets into catnip. Then she rolls around on the floor with her eyes glazed over.
