SOMETHING TO WATCH FOR

catman1 Jan 11, 2006 04:50 PM

This has happened a couple of times. That Babba would be eating great and then i would open a new can of cat food and Babba wouldn't touch it.Being it only happened a couple of times i was thinking it could have been a can of food that just didn't taste right to him.I can't think of anything else why he wouldn't eat any of it.
I always let him choose his food.He is a good eater.

Personally I think they do that to drive us crazy. I feed what I feed and they eat most of it. Once in a while one will decide that he/she doesn't like the flavor of canned food that they liked just fine the week before. The rest of them clean that bowl for the suddenly picky feline and the next day they like the canned just fine.

Tessa lets face it our cats on the boards are spoiled rotten.Babba whines during the night and i get up to see what he wants.I sit in my chair and he lays by my feet and goes to sleep. So i sleep setting up in a chair.
Makes him happy...LOL

I don't give a food choice. They get the same thing everytime. If they dont' eat it to bad. Maybe I'm a mean Mommy. The only one that has problems is Miss Moxie the princess cat. And her daddy will hand feed her. Which I refuse to do.

Not a fan of Peta, but I've been buying cat food they recommend from companies that don't use cats / dogs for research. My cats love the new food; Nature's variety, natural life, natural balance, Paul Newman's organics, wysong, and best of all, Raw advantage. I get my stuff from petfood direct.com, and raw advantage locally.
