Panther is OK! I finally got a blood test done on him to make sure and all is OK! NO ill effects from the Mushroom!

NOW Missy is ill! Her gums are VERY pale and even on the prednisalone she stopped eating. I am worried sick! She keeps on fighting but I dont know for how much longer as I can see she does not feel well!

If you can would you spare a few Prayers for her. I just cannot let her go yet!

Heidi -- I hope you figure it out soon! Why is she on Prednisolone? Has it been long term? If it has been long term, I know that it can affect other systems (liver and sugar levels). Stanley has to take it and it has been a balancing act between enough Pred to keep him in "remission" for his brain swelling and as low a dose as possible as when he was on a higher dose, his liver and sugar levels were dangerous. I mention this as if she has been on Pred for a while now, you may want the blood panels run if they can't figure out what is wrong with her... What does the vet think is wrong? Why is she on a steroid in the first place?

Thanks for the GLOWS! Missy is on Prednisalone (.5mg) to help her itches, her ear with the old hematoma and to stimulate her appetite.

Without this she itches so bad and we have no idea why!

She is not anemic - low but not anemic BUT she has lost 1/2 pound in just over a month AND she has been eating. She barely lost any ounces when she did not eat.

Vet is very concerned and did a full blood panel and I will know tommorow! Keep the GLOWS coming - PLEASE! I am so scared I am in shock!
