Pet Insurance

I was wondering if anyone here has pet insurance for thier cat? I am getting a tonkinese kitten soon and I want to get insurance for her. There are so many companies for pet insurance out there... does anyone have any suggestions?

Cailin, I found an old discussion on the subject and have posted the link below.

There are many plans out there. Some are aimed at regular preventive care while others pay more in the event of serious illness or accident. Most have an annual or lifetime maximum that would be insufficient for a serious illness or accident. Some programs even exclude certain breeds of cats as they are prone to some specific diseases or conditions.

One alternative is to put aside the amount of money every month that would be equal to the premium plus the deductibles and co-pays so you have a fund to draw on for emergencies.
