That's wonderful, Jaime. It's great that they spay/neuter them and even better that they test and treat them for ailments and apply pesticides as well as vaccinate them for rabies. Too bad that it's not done in every city in the U.S.

Thanks for sharing that! I have a friend that is heavily involved in the Biloxi, MS SPCA (she had her hands full during the hurricane) and is involved in the State SPAY program. She was sharing that they have mobile spay clinics that are doing well and I think they have or are going to loan them out to other states. The mobile clinics help get to rural areas...
So, I know in at least one other state they are working very hard and have innovative solutions that are getting nation-wide recognition...
