There are several sites that sell some variety (organizeeverything.com, stacksandstacks, etc.) but they all seem to focus on a few main products or sizes.
I assume your looking for something other than standard sweater boxes as they are almost always cheaper to buy locally (saves on shipping). If you want to do comparison shopping it's best to go direct to the companies websites, figure out what product(s) you want and then figure out where to purchase them.
You should also consider Iris boxes. I've now seen most of the products they make and am very impressed with their boxes for a variety of herp applications.
I like them primarily because they have flat, reinforced bottoms making them ideal for lidless rack systems. Many other larger boxes are more flimsy and have those four feet on the bottom which can prevent them from sliding freely.
I just bought some from reptiletubs.com. Their prices were much cheaper than elsewhere online. I would (and will) buy from them again.
Hope this post helps. I'm not sure what you meant by "variety", but by my definition no single sites carried the variety of plastic boxes I would prefer to compare.
You could try USplastic.com. They carry a "variety" of plastic products from different suppliers. I was looking for some particular model Rubbermaid tubs (2220 & 2221) and finally found and ordered on line at rubbermaidproducts.com. I paid around 20.00 for shipping on 14 tubs. They shipped in 2 days so I'd recommend them if you need a certain model size for a rack. A lot of the home stores like Lowes, Home Depot, Target, Walmart etc carry tubs but may not have the models you're looking for. You might want to check their sites as well.

They don't sell rubbermaid but they do sell containers that are suitable for racks of all sizes.
