Please say prayers for Rexie a 3 y/o personal pet of Nancy from the Michigan Cat Rescue. Rexie has been her own pet and comforter and survived major liver problems just 6 months ago. He is now suffering from fluid around his heart. Nancy could use all the prayers we can offer to help Rexie make it through this, though it looks bleak. Nancy lost her other 3 y/o cat to the same thing a few years ago and also lost her other persoanl pet cat last summer. To be president of a Cat Rescue and then lose all three of your own pets will be devastating. Hugs, Kisses and Prayers for Rexie!

Rexie Update: It is sad. Rexie left for Rainbow Bridge yesterday afternoon. Any treatment would only have prolonged his agony and suffering. So Nancy needs our prayers to help her heal. She is devastated.
She is such a special person who really has nothing, she gives everything to the cats she rescues and our organization is very small (5 volunteers)so it hits us all hard.

Hi Colleen,

I am so very sorry about Rexie. It's such a hard decision to make but there comes the time when it is the best one for the animal.

I will continue to keep Nancy in my thoughts and prayers and will keep sending healing Glow.
