Neighbor's cat is spraying everything, including my glass doors

I have 3 wonderfull, well behaved cats that are indoor/outdoor. One is a 11 year old female/small/fixed and the other two are 2 1/2 year old males/bigger/fixed.

In the past two weeks a local male cat has been backing up to everything outside of my house and spraying. This includes my screendoors and along the walls of the house. I think he even sprayed my steps. The smell is terrible! Plus i have to wash the windows every few days.

My cats do not seem to bother the other cat. He seems to be very aggressive and intimidating to them. One of the boys tries to hold his ground but the other cat usually ends up chasing him. The other boy usually hides under the deck. My female cat is declawed and very small, so she usually doesn't go out very often.

Since I am not able to rely on my cats to fight for their territory, is there some way to fend off this "stinker" myself? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clean the mess and help deter him in the future?

There are several products that will deodorize cat smell - one is Nature's Miracle and the other is Simple Green. There are also repellents that can be used to deter cats, although since your own cats go outside this might not be a good idea.
