I have one cat that tries to cover his poop and pee up with the wall and the floor....i have another that just tries to cover her's up with the floor. I have a third one that like to keep coving it up...he'll continue covering it for like 5 minutes...is all of this normal??

If you mean the cat is sort of like scratching the walls or the floor like she's trying to cover the poop then I guess that's fairly normal. My cat always sort of paws at the floor after he uses the litterbox. As long as the cats are not having accidents outside the box this is probably nothing to worry about.
