My cat has problems

I have a cat and it always finds the catnip wherever i put it. After she eats it all she makes a sound similiar to this: ooahmeoooohhjshaaaaaakaaaaaameeoooowwww. I don't know what to do. My cat also likes to drink tequila: Is this safe? Please Help me.
