Does anyone know any simply tricks on how to treat an aggressive cat not to bite?

Lately my Lily's been aggressive and she basically bit my hand. This occured while I was sleeping and she was on my bed. I let her sleep on my bed at night and when she wants attention she would nudge my hand. Well.. I was petting her because I couldn't go to sleep. When I finally did go to sleep I stopped and my hand slipped down her back and all of a sudden she just turned around bit my hand and started scratching my arm with her back feet. O_o Is this irreversable or are their ways on telling her not to bite (besides spraying water at her and making a really loud noise) or do you recomend I should go to an animal behaviorist?

Probably the bite was a startle response to your hand sliding down her back unexpectedly. This may be a one time event. If you can sleep for a while with your hands tucked under the covers she might stop pestering you for strokes.

If she is aggressive otherwise, try playing with her using a feather wand toy.

There is also a liquid product called Bitter End or Bitter Apple that you could put on your hands at night. It doesn't smell bad and won't hurt your skin, but if she bites or nips it tastes really bad to her.
