My kitten Fitz and his brother trix are lovely little things but i often catch Fitz doing something rather erm ex-rated. He sits there and licks himself like cats normally clean themselves and when i come, he looks up at me with his leg still up and his little willy is poking out. Him and his brother are only kittens and they're not sexually active yet. They've been to the vet for their jabs and vaccinations but they're not old enough to be neutered yet(I think thats wot its called, You know when they get catsrated.)They are 4 months and 3 days old. please tell me whats going on and how i can reduce the amount he does it. Cats (and all animals for that matter) don't think and feel as we do about sex or sexual organs. For them it's just another part of the body, just like his other body parts are visible to you and anyone, so is his penis. Don't attach any importance to it. It isn't. And there is no need to feel embarrassed or uncomfortable because of it. His penis might be visible more often now that they start to become sexually mature. When you have them neutered it should be visible less often. At least that's my experience with my own cats. Really, don't worry, there's nothing 'bad' about the whole thing!
