my two year old tonkinese cat seems to meow at em a lot but she only meows when she wants in my room but when i open the door she wants me to follow her into the laundry room and then meows for me to pick her up and she wants me to watch her eat .

LOL! She has you trained very well. Actually many cats feel social when they eat and enjoy human company. My parents had a cat who had to be petted at the food dish before she would eat.

Sounds like Crash. It sure can be a pain. She wants us to sit and watch her eat and drink. If we dont' she screams at us.
