Roommates cat urinating on my things.

I have been living with my roommate for about a year now and all of a sudden for the past 2 or 3 months on of her cats will pee on my bed, on my clothing, on my carpet, anything that is mine. I don't know what to do. There is a clean litter box RIGHT there that she can use.
