Ya hes doing it some more leo is peeing out of his litter box i was useing cat attract and it was going good tell now i have 3 cats and 4 litter boxes and one has no cover on it he likes that one the best i clean them everyday sometimes 2 times a day someone tould me to put him in a big dog cage with food water litter and bed and keep him in there for 14 days and she said that should help if anyone can help somemore that would be good!!! The first step should always be a trip to the vet to rule out the possibility of a urinary tract infection. You also want to be sure that your kitty doesn't have crystals in his urine or a bladder stone.

I realize that you have gone through this before, but that has been a few months ago. A lot can happen in that period of time.

Before you decide your cat is "bad" you need to consider that there may be a medical reason for what he is doing. If you find out that he is healthy, then you can consider confining him, but I would recommend confining to a room, rather than a cage.
