Gabby has been getting worse and worse. She has a clean bill of health from the vet. She is peeing all over my house. I scoop the boxes twice a day, I have tried rescue remedy. I have used an enzyme cleaner where she does go, than she finds a new spot.
what else can I do?

Maybe she needs anxiety meds. They didn't work for WoooLee, (gave him panic attacks), but they work for some.
Do you need to add more boxes?
Second opinion on the check up?
Can you confine her to a small area and work her up to a larger one?

I tried a two different kind of litter, and added another box. Hopefully it will work. It has been five days and no peeing outside the box! But she tends to go in three week cycles. So in two months I'll let you know what is happening. haha.
I also bought a feliway comfort zone plug in.
I tried locking her in the bathroom. That lasted an hour. The howling and crying and digging got to me.
