Rolling over a showing the belly is a sign that the cat trusts you totally. Depending on the cat it may be a signal for a belly rub - some cats love to have their bellies rubbed and some hate it and let you know right away. It can also be a sign that the cat wants to play with you, so try getting a toy out and seeing if your cat will play.

Oh yes, Madame is right. Your kitty totally trusts you and may be inviting belly rubs from you.
I have four cats who love and trust me and some of the time, they will roll over in front of me when I'm trying to walk. However KatyKatt does it all of the time and just absolutely loves to be petted on the belly. She makes it difficult to walk at times. I have to stop and pet her so that I don't trip over her. She does this the most when I get home from work. I suspect that she really misses me while I'm working. Such a silly girl.
This is one of the highest honors that your cat can give to you. Enjoy it!
