bathroom obsession

carriecat Feb 01, 2006 08:27 PM

My 9 month old Maisie is obsessed with the bathroom. It doesn't matter if anyone is in there or not - she sits on the floor by the toilet and stares at the base of it and the floor behind it. I've never seen her drink out of it (but I try to keep the top down) and she has a drinking fountain with flowing water. She's only started doing this in the past couple of weeks. I don't think this behavior is worrisome, I'm just wondering why she suddenly has this obsession.

You may have had a bug or something crawling around in there at one point, so Maisie is still looking for it! Either that you might actually have a small leak of some sort that's making a noise only she can here. You might want to check the spot very carefully.

I really don't think its anything to worry about. She just sees you go in there.
Babba will go in when i go in and he will relieve himself to.His box is next to the throne so theres father and son staring at the wall doing there business.
There is also times when he will lay across the door way and go to sleep.Cats can sure do strange things sometimes.

My one cat is a tub maniac - she loves to sit in there and she meows until someone comes by, she flops on her side and expects you to spin her around the tub bottom. She doesn't like toys in there - they just get in the way of the spinarama so your baby is not such an oddball. It's fun and funny!!
