hi i have a 12 year old cat. she had cancer on her nose, it was very progressed and very agressive. I took her to the vet and i cant remember what the name of what he did, but he froze the end of her nose and now she doesnt have much of a nose left. it took 2 lots of this sugery to get ride of the cancer and luckly she has now beaten the cancer and is living a happy life. she is very healthy and you wouldnt even know how old she really is. i currently live in a country town with my parents, but i plan to move to the city next year. i really want to take my cat with me but im scared that she wont handle the move. i also have another cat which tends to stirr my old cat and most times they dont usually get along with eacher. they dont fight tho. im really worried about taking my cat wiht me and i think it will break my heart if i have to leave her behind becuase if i cant take her with me she will stay with my parents.
any advice and help with be appreciated

Thanks

I think your cat should be OK with moving if you do it very carefully. After the move, you may need to separate the two cats for a while and use some Comfort Zone plug-ins around the house.

I agree. Your cat should do okay. My sister moved from CT to NJ several years ago with her 16 yr old cats and both did splendidly. Make sure you set the cats up in seperate rooms with some of their familiar toys, beds, dishes and litterbox and a piece of furniture that they are used to...things with their own scents on them. Allow them to get used to that room for a few days and then gradually reintroduce them to each other and the rest of your home. The Feliway Comfort Zone Plug In is a good idea too. It helps keep the cats a little calmer by putting off a "happy pheramone" in the air. Good luck and looking forward to a picture of your cat.

i have tried for about an hour to attach this photo of my cat. i can work it out. HELP PLEASE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
anyway i forgot to say that my cat milo, the old one is mainly an outside cat. i have tried everything i possibly can to keep her inside but she is just misurable becuase she was a stray before i adoped her and i guess it is just the way she is. do you think that it will be a problem for when i move her. if ill have to keep her inside all the time in the city then i will leave her behind so that she lives her last years happy not cooped up and misurable. my other cat is no problem she stays inside all the time.
thanks for all the advise
