My kitten was spayed about a week ago and two of the three sutures came out. I was just wondering if there was anything to worry about this?

I would call your vet about this and ask. After a week things should be healed up pretty well and spay incisions are usually pretty small nowadays, but it is better to be safe than sorry!

Watch your kitten carefully for any signs of illness/infection - lack of appetite, excessive sleeping, hiding under things, refusing to play, etc. and call the vet or an emergency vet ASAP after you have observed them.
